Comment : The service is called "The Works" and is an oil change plus other small maintenance services. I have used Miller for the last couple of years for various services and repairs and they have been excellent. Everyone that I've come in contact with has been great. Alias has been my service advisor these past couple of years and his customer service is outstanding. This past service, I also had Matthew help me out and I give him props also. Miller Ford and their service people make auto maintenance and repairs a lot easier to navigate.

Comment : If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a customer of Miller Ford for a long time. Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Over 2 hours later before the vehicle was done. When I asked at an hour and 45 minutes on the status, they said it was on the lift and still needed oil to be put in. Don't have people make appointments if you can't handle the volume. Last time for service at this location

Comment : Excellent customer service—friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Worth the 30-minute drive. Much better experience than other locations. I will definitely be back.

Comment : Miller Ford Service has always been good to us... Over the years and many visits for both major and minor repairs they've never lied about work needed, they communicate well and are all courteous. They try to be as accurate as they can about wait times, and even though some of their prices are higher than say Pep Boys, I know I'm getting the right parts... that other place once tried to sell me an underpowered battery!

Comment : In my experience this place does great work, but for about 8 months they fixed “the only problem we see” on my car except whatever was causing my steering issue. Finally traded the car in for a different make. I don’t plan on ever going back.

Like most- life is loaded with unending increase in professional and personal demands, so it speaks volumes that I am a loyal costumer to Miller Ford in Lumberton for over 3 years, though living in Pennington, NJ. This is a 200% direct result of their Service team. They are fair, reliable, and go above and beyond!! From oil changes to more time sensitive issues like my 2020 Ford window too “smart” for the workaround of manually closing (and no garage!) and most recently, the entire control arm of my front right tire detached!

Matt Lobey, Bill and the service team have always come thru to remediate all issues and without reservation, I will say that they have always exceeded my expectation (e.g. delivering a loaner vehicle to my residence, in exchange for my truck for servicing. OR. coming and picking up my vehicle, servicing, and return OR offering on site servicing at my residence for certain needs)! Hands down, I have never experienced Servicers more competent, trusting, and accommodating. BIG Thanks to Matt lobey and team! I will not have my vehicle serviced anywhere else and when purchasing a new one at some point in the future – Miller ford will always be my first stop because of their service!
