I recently paid $1,047 to have the alternator and both accessory belts replaced on my 2004 Mazda Miata.

Unfortunately, things got even worse. After noticing a strange rattling noise while driving, I decided to inspect the underside of the car. To my absolute disbelief, I discovered that the engine undertray had been left completely unsecured, with its mounting screws missing!

The entire panel is now free to move around and could potentially detach while driving, creating a serious safety hazard.

I find this level of carelessness absolutely unacceptable, especially from a professional repair shop charging premium prices. Reinstalling the fasteners on a panel that was removed during a repair is about as basic as it gets.

I'm honestly shocked and extremely disappointed. After spending over a thousand dollars on this repair, the very least I expected was for my car to be returned properly and safely reassembled.

This is not professional workmanship, and it certainly doesn't inspire confidence in the quality of the rest of the repair.**

Comment : Terrible experience. Made an apt on a Tuesday and dropped me car off at 7.45 am. Did not even get a call until 4 that afternoon about the check engine diagnosis. I asked about the noise in the rear that I mentioned when making the apt and Mike, the service manager said he had not had time to check on that yet????
I told them to fix the issue with the light and also please fix the noise.
Finally on Thursday when my vehicle was ready for pick up I showed up paid and drove off with the same noise I had when I took it in.
Also I had antifreeze all over the windshield and hood. I read the Invoice and they stated they heard the noise but could not pin point it?
I guess they just decided to blow that issue off and leave me a dirty car.
Would not back to this place ever..

Comment : Company preaches Christian values… nothing more than performative Christian’s here, we visited from the uk walked in to say hi as my brother in law is one of the best custom car painters in the uk and wanted to look round and chat… girl at the desk was the most inhospitable person we’ve ever come across… such a shame, I feel embarrassed to have brought them and assured them not everyone in the country is like the people at miller auto!! God bless yall and practice what you preach on your website 😂

Comment : We had an alternator go out while driving from Florida to Michigan. Miller Auto was recommended to us from a gentleman that noticed we were stranded.Miller Auto Care got us in right away and had us on our way back to Michigan. Great place to get your vehicle fixed.

Comment : Miller auto care was super friendly and helpful, I went in because my car door had an alarm going off that would not stop. They literally saved my entire day. They took time out of their busy schedule to go look at it for me and I am forever grateful that I didn’t have to drive an hour home with the alarm going off
