Comment : Absolutely horrible! My mom and I brought our grand marquis there for what we thought needed transmission work, but they now say something about a cylinder. They have only ran one test on it and that was the first day we brought it there. They’ve had the car for a week now and it’s been parked in the same spot for the whole week other than that one day and we keep getting told tests are being done but the car hasn’t moved. Yesterday we went in there to ask what was happening and they told us to give them about a hour and they were gonna run one more test and give us a call and it is now the next day and they still haven’t called, so we are going to get it and never bringing it back to them. Also when we went in there all of them were sitting behind the counter not doing anything at all then when they saw us they all started acted like they were working. I absolutely will not recommend them for anyone else and the saddest part is they’ve done nothing and we still have to pay $140 to get the car back even though they’ve done nothing.

Comment : They did an awesome and timely replacement of my air conditioning system, also determined the issues with my brakes, discussed possible solutions and fixed the problem, Driving with confidence now and not braking 100 yards before I need to while enjoying a nice cold cab.. VERY happy with these people!

Comment : I wish I could give no stars. My daughter warned me not to go to them. I should have listened. I brought my truck in for a specific reason. I got a call that I needed a tune up and it would solve my problems. $1800 later. My truck is now worse off than before. I had it towed back to them. Now it's something else. That's another $600. A week later, now it's something else. Another $3000. They like to fix everything but the problem. Don't trust them. They will rip you off

Comment : Took my recently-purchased used car here to get a few inspections and the prices were lower than I expected. They did a great job explaining everything to me each time.

However, the problems they found on the last inspection were not as cheap haha... but it was a big job so I understood. They did an excellent job. Now the check engine light is finally gone and it runs better than when I first bought it!!

But I've learned my lesson. DO research before buying a used car... Mine came with several issues, which is why my repair costs weren't cheap. I think too many times people blame the mechanics but in reality, the customer just bought a bad car haha. Regardless, I trust Mike's Dependable to help me fix this ole girl up... one part at a time 🤣 Thanks guys! ♡

Comment : First of all I never give five stars to any Enterprise. On the other hand this business I believe to be honest and fair. They have shown that over the years and times that I have taken my vehicles to be diagnosed and repaired.
