Comment : Mike and his team take the time to explain what's going on and they go over all your options with you. Mike himself is very involved with his business and truly cares about his customers. He's even going to have my daughter come into the shop to show her how to check her oil so she's safe driving. Mark at the service desk is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain exactly what's going on. I have been bringing mine and my daughters car to him for years and have never had a bad experience. I'll be quit honest here - this man is the only mechanic I have ever completely trusted and as a female that is extremely important. Comment : Called to get a quote, the man who answered the phone was incredibly rude and refused to even give me a ballpark (literally every other mechanic I called gave me at least a range without any hassle). Personally, don't recommend.

Comment : We took both of our cars to Mike Dent's the whole time we lived in OC.... great people! Very honest and fair pricing. It's hard to find a mechanic that talks you out of getting work done. We recently moved out of the area and we miss them already!!

Comment : It???s Sunday afternoon in Rehoboth DE when the dreaded battery light comes on and the manual says you have an alternator problem. Since no repair services are open on Sunday I was lucky enough to drive to Ocean City and make it back to the Condo. While home I was looking on the internet to find an honest business and get the alternator replaced quickly since I have to be able to drive 200 miles the next day. I noticed Mike Dents business was open late Sunday afternoon and I gave a call. The lady told me to come in First thing Monday and they will try to get me in. I was there right at 800 and they were real busy and after checking in I waited a little because we had to walk back home waiting for the rain to stop and within 20 minutes Mr Dent team diagnosed the problem and within 3 hours he received the parts and was able to replace the alternator. I like to thank your whole team starting with the lady who worked the cash register. She was very helpful and nice.
