Comment : Overall, I've been very happy with the service at Mike's. There has been an issue with the brake service I received (for both front and rear breaks) on my Subaru, both of which were performed at Mike's Auto in the past two years. However, in each case, the team at the shop - and specially Lou and Steve - have been excellent in helping identify the problems (faulty parts) and getting things resolved for me while working around my hectic schedule.

I really appreciate their service and will definitely be returning to have my vehicle serviced with them in the future. Again, specific shout-out to Lou (for being awesome to work with and so accommodating) and Steve for making sure my issues were sorted out. Thank you!

Comment : These people have done amazing work for me and my car. I bought my 03 civic from them, but the car turned out to need a lot of work, mostly because of a persistent oil leak. Because of their kindness I’ve saved a LOT of money on repairs that would not have been able to afford otherwise. The people here are the kindest and most honest people you will ever meet :)

Comment : pro: very friendly staff. they send an lyft to drop you off and pick you up.

cons: day and a half to take care of a 1-2 hour job because they’re very busy even if you make an appointment for 8 am. also very expensive.

Comment : If anyone is looking for a great shop to have your car needs taken care of please give Mike's Auto Service a call. They are extremely helpful and go above and beyond in service. Very friendly shop. Being an older woman (widow) I never feel like they are pressuring with unnecessary services. I bring my car and when it's done I leave with full confidence that it has been taken the right way! If I have questions they give me informative answers! THEY ARE THE BEST!!

Comment : Great people to work with, very professional staff and attentive to all my concerns. They fixed my air conditioner, and when it started failing again about 2-3 weeks later they told me to bring it in again and fixed it within a day, covered by warranty so no cost to me! Definitely would recommend to any family/ friends and would definitely return if anything!
