Comment : Excellent experience with Mike?s Auto through and through. I was looking for a reputable business to take over service for my vehicles and their reviews did not disappoint.

Everyone was great from the desk clerk to customer service and most importantly the mechanics. They gave an honest assessment of what needed work, what could wait, and their ?good, better, best? recommendations on how to move forward which helped work things into my budget and requirements. They were also very accommodating with pickup for the vehicle.

The cherry on top; Andrea, the customer service rep, called to conduct a post service feedback call. She was thoughtful, respectful, and showed me that Mike?s Auto is a company that emphasizes the voice and feedback of their customers to make the experience even better the next time. I couldn?t recommend them enough!

Comment : I saw online Mike?s had good ratings. I stopped in one day because my dashboard lights were on .. I was told they didn?t have time, to make an appointment. I was worried about what was happening with my car so I went elsewhere -
Joe?s Foreign Auto. I was serviced immediately, no issues. Great people, no upselling, fair prices.
I gave another shot - stopped in for oil change. Was told they were booked out for weeks. Could not help, even tho I was willing to wait. I drove just up the road to Modern & was immediately serviced, out in 20mins. They accepted a competitor?s coupon also .. Twice now I?ve gone to this shop without any service - Won?t be a third time
I guess the good reviews are from people who had appointments lol
