Comment : Have been using Mike's for a couple years now for emissions and oil changes and their team has been nothing but professional and courteous, on top of excellent service and pricing. This last service was a little outside their list of services on their website but as anticipated they hit it out of the park. HIGHLY recommend them!!

Comment : Overpriced! Was trying to charge over $2k to change an alternator for a 2011 Lincoln MKX. They alleged they couldn't get the belt off. That's a scam! They never tried. The owner thought l towed my car in. I drove it in. If you checked my vehicle you would have known that!!!!! The greed is unreal. They give you one price and then claim all this hardship to rip you off. To their advantage, all the shops claimed that same issue without even trying. I was quoted that problem by other shops that did not take my car apart to look at it. One shop called me before l reached home. It's a standard lie across the board. Greed is ruling!!!! All these shops are on board! I did get it done for $1500 at Pep Boys which is a lot better than $2k. My car was fixed quickly! Hence there was no hardship with replacing the alternator just greedy thieves!

Comment : Five stars for Mike's Auto Repair! They figured out the problem immediately and fixed it same-day. The price was completely fair, communication was top-notch, and the office staff were warm and professional. If you're tired of the chain shops on the Berlin Turnpike and want a great local mechanic, this is the place to go. My car runs like a dream now!

Comment : I saw online Mike's had good ratings. I stopped in one day because my dashboard lights were on .. I was told they didn't have time, to make an appointment. I was worried about what was happening with my car so I went elsewhere -
Joe's Foreign Auto. I was serviced immediately, no issues. Great people, no upselling, fair prices.
I gave another shot - stopped in for oil change. Was told they were booked out for weeks. Could not help, even tho I was willing to wait. I drove just up the road to Modern & was immediately serviced, out in 20mins. They accepted a competitor's coupon also .. Twice now I've gone to this shop without any service - Won't be a third time
I guess the good reviews are from people who had appointments lol
** I read your response Ray. Being in customer service for decades I understand things happen; therefore, I “attempted” to give another shot
I went online early in week to book an appointment - There were not 1 but 5 openings on a Thursday I was off from work, I booked a slot. Following day I received a call that my appointment was invalid & next available was a Tuesday coming up. I told the guy your system shows several openings? I was confused? He responded that needed to be looked into. I did not have Tuesday off - That Thursday I walked into another shop, Computer Tune & Lube in Middletown. No appointment. I was in/out in 20mins. Gentlemen there were friendly, accommodating & I paid only slightly higher than the coupon you're offering.
So does everyone then have to reach out to you directly to receive a smooth experience? Because these are my experiences ..
