Comment : Called 7/20 to make an appointment for my vehicle to be towed in since it needed a new fuel pump. I was quoted at $1000. Appointment was made for 7/29. Called on 7/29 inquiring about my vehicle being towed in and was told that there was nothing in their system about them towing in my vehicle. I was told that if I had AAA could get it towed there for free but if they come get it, it would cost me $100. On the 7/20 call there was no mention of having AAA tow it in for me although I did mention I was a AAA member. I would give 0 stars if I could.
