I asked for an estimate to replace the hydroboost unit. For some reason you chose to do a 60 pt inspection including a test drive I did not authorize.

I asked multiple times for a copy of the estimate for each issue. I received only a list of the findings.

When I checked under the hood after your 60 pt inspection I found you had left the top off the air cleaner box. That eliminated the filter from the air intake. As I hope you understand, that could ruin an engine. When I mentioned this to the man behind the counter, he state he would tell the foreman. No apology, recognition of the seriousness of this oversite. Hummm would you trust the repair of your vehicle to a shop that provides this kind of service?

Comment : Took it in for a standard oil change. The mechanics does some sort of evaluation on it, give me a laundry list of services that they felt like I needed done well half of it I had done within the last one to two years. They're just trying to sell service. And the oil change was overpriced.

Comment : Cody and the whole team are amazing! Our car was in a different shop for 8 months. Didn't get worked on. We took it to them Thursday and the same day they called and told us what was wrong with our vehicle. Friday we picked it up and it's fixed. I highly highly recommend Cody and Mike's Auto because truly they are amazing and they won't bullishit you! Thank you for everything you guys did! 5 stars is too low. A thousand star review!!! ?? If you need a mechanic please please go to them. I know from now on we are going to them and nobody else. They know how to fix cars and get the job done within a very timely matter!
