Comment : I had a really great experience at this auto shop. Eric was especially helpful. He took the time to clearly explain everything about my car in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was.
On top of that, the shop went above and beyond by providing me with a free loaner car while mine was being worked on. All I had to do was put gas. The loaner car made a huge difference and showed how much they care about their customers? convenience.
Overall, the service was honest, professional, and genuinely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy auto care. Thank you Eric!

Comment : A diehard fan of Mike Tate. A service beyond perfection. I had taken my Porsche & Range Rover multiple times. They haven’t charged me for topping off oil, water top off. Diagnostics. And I have always received honest reasonable estimates for any maintenance work.

Comment : A couple weeks ago ... my Son was on his way to work and blew a tire. He didn't have a spare and needed to get to work. So, he left it in a median and a friend gave him a ride to work. I told him I would take care of it. From Victoria, Texas, I called Mike Tate's and spoke to Tommy. He got me in contact with Ringo the Wrecker driver who did a great job ! By that afternoon my son had his car back and was doing well !

Comment : I was told that my valve cover gasket was leaking oil and it shorted out the alternator. Quoted 1400$ to replace alternator. Declined the alternator service and took to two other shops and the alternator was tested and it was still working fine. I would recommend getting a second opinion at this shop.
