Great people !!!
God Bless them !!!'>

Comment : A couple weeks ago ... my Son was on his way to work and blew a tire. He didn't have a spare and needed to get to work. So, he left it in a median and a friend gave him a ride to work. I told him I would take care of it. From Victoria, Texas, I called Mike Tate's and spoke to Tommy. He got me in contact with Ringo the Wrecker driver who did a great job ! By that afternoon my son had his car back and was doing well !
Great people !!!

Comment : I was told that my valve cover gasket was leaking oil and it shorted out the alternator. Quoted 1400$ to replace alternator. Declined the alternator service and took to two other shops and the alternator was tested and it was still working fine. I would recommend getting a second opinion at this shop.

Comment : TL;DR - Use them, you won’t be sorry!

Driving through the construction on 90, passing under 99, and my temp gauge is pegged at H. With my two toddler grandboys in my truck, I just had to turn in at the first parking lot available. Thank the Lord, it took me straight back to Mike Tate’s! Dwayne was working in the bays but immediately offered coolant and water. Upon lifting the hood, Dwayne called Ethan who looked, and then called for Tommy from the front. All three discussed a grossly shredded belt. Tommy offered a “bare minimum” best case scenario quote, but noted that it all really depended on what was discovered once the belt and debris was removed. Tommy let me know that he would not proceed without my okay. Husband was out of town and unreachable; I was concerned about be over sold. However, my concerns were unfounded. The staff at Mike Tate’s were courteous, helpful, generous, knowledgeable, skilled, and took care of an unscheduled repair in less than two hours. When it comes to auto repair integrity, I happy to say, “I know a guy!”

Comment : If you were looking for an automotive dealer who is honest caring, and reasonable. Your search is over!
My vehicle is in really bad shape and needed some major work done. As they were repairing my vehicle, they found other things that also needed to be replaced or resealed. And they did that without increasing the original price that they quoted me. They went over and above to make my car safe. And it has over 200,000 miles on it.
We are customers for life. We have been customers for a while now, but now it’s for life.

Comment : Came to get the state car inspection today. Had a wait time so thought of getting the oil change as well. Normally I get it done from Christian brothers but since I had time I asked and they said they can do it. After sometime I was told that there is a problem and the drain plug is damaged. They damaged my oil pan and refused to take responsibility very unprofessional behaviour. They said I should wait till Monday and check with Christian brothers if they can do it for free. They said the whole drain pan has to be replaced and would cost more than $500/-. They knew that the plug got damaged since they over tightened it and they also put the oil in it although it was damaged and charged $90/- for the inspection and oil and left me stranded.Came to get the state car inspection today.
