Comment : I found Might Auto Pro by doing a quick Google search and I am so glad I did. Their customer service is top notch. They were extremely professional and efficient. I got an oil change which comes with their multipoint inspection. This is not necessarily a unique service, but including pictures of what they inspected and what they found during the process, along with a clear understanding of what they were referring to was very helpful to me. I will be going back to them for future car maintenance and service repairs.

Every part of our experience with Mighty Auto Pro has been above and beyond. They took my car at 8 am one morning and had a detailed evaluation sent to my email with photos, an itemized quote, and then called me to go over it; all within a few hours! Their pricing is very reasonable and they are prepared for just about anything you bring them. Additionally, they check in on your car a few days later to see how things are going. When I managed to get a bolt in my tire 2 days later, they quickly got it in and got it repaired. We will be coming back for all of our service needs. Thank you Mighty Auto Pro, for going above and beyond in what is important, and in the little details people often forget matter. They offer a free shuttle service if you live in Medina. You can pay online and pick up your car when it is easiest for you (even after hours!). They have a rental car service. They sponsor a maneuverability course for teens at a local church. Lastly, Brakes for Breasts? Seriously, look it up. One of this companies members founded it, and that?s as wholesome as you can get. Bring your car here, you won?t be disappointed.

Comment : I've been a Mighty Auto Pro customer for more than 20 years and have always been treated like a good friend. On one occasion, they even went and retrieved my elderly mother when her car died while she ran errands!

I appreciate things like the point system they use to go over the various auto systems so there are no surprises, and I can plan for things that need doing down the road. I trust Mighty Auto Pro explicitly and always recommend them when someone is looking for a good mechanic.

Comment : I called the shop to ask about pre-purchase inspections and spoke with Josh. He let me know they offer them at a very affordable price. He also mentioned that he?s inspected vehicles from the seller I was considering in the past?and every one of them failed inspection. That was a huge red flag and definitely helped me avoid a bad situation. This is a shop you can trust!P
