Comment : Went in because my brakes were making an awful noise. Skylar went out of her way to help us get our car taken care of. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took what was a very overwhelming day and made a big part of it easier . Thank you to the whole crew for being so efficient , friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them.

Comment : I can't imagine that there's a better car care establishment out there than Mighty Auto Pro. I started bringing my Camry here in 2020 for regular oil/filter changes and tire rotations. They can always tell me about how long the service will take. Theres a clear method of showing how all the systems and parts are doing and the service techs communicate and answer all my questions well so I know approximately how long it will be before I'll need brakes, a control arm, etc. There have been two occasions when I called them because something was making noise or didn't feel right. Both times they squeezed me in the schedule that very day (This gives my son who lives in Connecticut peace of mind to know since he can't come running to help me). Three times they've given me a loaner when my car was going to be a while. I trust their work and everyone is so friendly and kind and make you feel important. There's even a little gift waiting when you get back in your vehicle. 😉

Comment : Wow! 5 stars here! What an amazing auto repair shop. I drove an hour just to come to Mighty Auto Pro, and it was absolutely worth it. I had an appointment to get my brakes replaced, and from the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed.
I’ve been to a lot of auto repair shops, but NONE like this. The team was kind, professional, and truly customer-focused—something that’s hard to find these days. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and even had snacks and cold drinks, which made the time fly by.

Probably the most personable and dedicated set of mechanics and staff I've ever encountered. No upselling, no weird hidden charges, not a single blaring ad (visual or audio) in the whole reception area.

Have been here twice, once in the winter for an urgent repair and once in the summer for a routine oil change. Both times Skylar (scheduler and receptionist) and Brian (estimator believe) were wonderful to speak to and made sure I fully understood what was going on with how my appt would go and the condition of the car after the work and full inspection was done.

The mechanics do a complete inspection of the car no matter how small the repair is, and a link is sent to you that gives you a full rundown of how things are looking with areas like the tires, suspension, filters, wipers, engine, etc. all with pictures included for a visual of what they are seeing!! I've NEVER had an auto shop do something so thoroughly and be so transparent with the client on what they were actually looking at.

Even if you can't do everything that they would reccomend be done for the car (like of they find that the tires are getting worn or the ball joints are close to needing replaced), they still include what they found AND an estimate of the cost in the notes on the bill for you to reference later!!

I honestly cannot laud this auto shop enough. They've been so sweet and understanding every time I've made an appointment regarding what I can and can't afford, whether I need their shuttle service to get me home or to work when I drop off my car, and the sanitizing of your keys and little gifts they leave in the passenger seat for you when you pick up your car is just the cherry in top (in the winter it was hot chocolate packets, the fancy kind not even swiss miss! And in the summer it was a little stuffed surfer gnome decoration).

Would reccomend to literally anyone. I would tell folks from hours away to come here if I think they would be willing to travel that far.

Comment : I have been taking all my cars to Mighty Auto Pro for the last 3 years. All the people at Mighty are very friendly and willing to answer any questions. The mechanics are top notch and notify me of all services that are due or needed (something most other shops don't do). I really like that they have loaner cars available so I don't have to waste hours of my day waiting for the service to be completed. Highly recommend Mighty Auto Pro.
