Comment : Never ever go here. Sure, the waiting room is beautiful, snacks, drinks, tv, toys for the kids and they sanitize your keys for you and put them in cute little bags for you. Then, they bombard you with junk mail. It took them 6 days to do a simple fuel pump replacement, even tho they said it would be done sooner than that. Not to mention, they managed to screw up the gas gage, so I ran out of gas, leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere. But the gage still said half a tank. Do yourself a favor, go to an actual mechanic owned shop. Waiting room won't be that nice, no snacks, no junk mail, grease covered men will give your back unsanitized, etc, but your car will get fixed correctly and they won't over charge you.

Comment : I called for a quote on replacing my rockers, cam shafts, and lifters replaced. I get some BS story and that's why he won't do it without REPLACING the engine. What a crock of crap. I'm a former semi truck driver and know better. You were just trying to upsale and now everyone knows it. Times are not hard enough? Dishonest mechanic

Comment : We had the 100% BEST customer service at Medina's Mighty Auto Pro! The receptionist is very courteous and helpful. The technician/mechanic put us at ease and clearly answered all of our questions. He gave a reliable estimate of when our car would be ready to be picked up after servicing. Their waiting room is clean and has a comfortable and friendly atmosphere (including free beverages, snacks and daily papers). They also provide an efficient and free shuttle service. The cost of our repairs was reasonable and our car is now running like new! We couldn't have asked for a more professional, efficient, friendly and stress free experience than the service provided to us by Mighty Auto Pro in Medina!

Comment : Read a lot and heard many positive things about this repair shop. Made an appointment with ease, Thank you Skylar! I went for some minor routine maintenance on my vehicle. I was greeted with a smile and must say it's at a great location and the waiting room was spotless and very comfy and inviting. I was offered coffee, snacks and other refreshments, and had a tv to help make it a comfy wait. The work on my car was done in reasonable time and very fair prices so I'm very happy. I'm a new customer and will be back soon. Thank you Mighty Auto Pro!
