Comment : Read a lot and heard many positive things about this repair shop. Made an appointment with ease, Thank you Skylar! I went for some minor routine maintenance on my vehicle. I was greeted with a smile and must say it's at a great location and the waiting room was spotless and very comfy and inviting. I was offered coffee, snacks and other refreshments, and had a tv to help make it a comfy wait. The work on my car was done in reasonable time and very fair prices so I'm very happy. I'm a new customer and will be back soon. Thank you Mighty Auto Pro!

Comment : I had my first experience at mighty auto pro earlier this week. I wasn’t planning on stopping in but my car started making a noise and I’ve been between mechanics. Mighty Auto Pro was patient, kind, and very professional. They were able to fit me in last minute and even provided me with a courtesy shuttle ride to my work. I appreciated the thorough inspection they provided with pictures and a tiered ranking of what needed to be addressed most urgently. They were ways to get a hold of and genuinely pleasant to work with. I fully intend to make them my new garage!

Comment : Mighty Auto Pros were awesome!
I was traveling from out of town to purchase a used vehicle in Medina, OH. Before I made the trip, I wanted a professional to inspect the vehicle to ensure it was worth my time.
I requested that Might Auto Pros perform a pre-purchase inspection on this vehicle, and they went above and beyond.
The detailed report that they provided was very in-depth, and the cost was more than reasonable.
The customer service was fantastic and Bill even offered to provide additional assistance if needed during the purchase process and afterward, including suggestions on what he would personally use as negotiating items.
Bill went as far as to offer suggestions on what maintenance I may want to consider after purchasing the vehicle, even though they knew I was from out of town and likely would not use their shop for those maintenance services.
Overall, I am more than happy with their service and I cannot recommend them enough. I wish I lived closer to use them for my service needs.

Comment : Went in because my brakes were making an awful noise. Skylar went out of her way to help us get our car taken care of. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took what was a very overwhelming day and made a big part of it easier . Thank you to the whole crew for being so efficient , friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them.
