Comment : Chris and his team were able to diagnose and fix a relatively complex transaxle issue with my gen 2 Prius and replace the hybrid battery. I took it to Midwest after Eddy's Toyota misdiagnosed the issue and tried to charge me over $1000 to fix something that wasn't broken.
Chris will use OEM parts and I trust him and his team to diagnose and fix hybrid related issues more than the Toyota dealership in town. I would recommend him to any other hybrid owners.
They communicated clearly with me through the whole repair process and Chris provided excellent customer service. They aren't much cheaper than the dealership service department, but they did the job right when others couldn't.
I'll definitely take my hybrid back.

Comment : Diagnosed my diesel issue the first time correctly and fixed it. Originally took it to another diesel shop (Dirt road) whom misdiagnosed and replaced part I put in saying it was bad along with another box sensor only to find out $2000 later they didn't fix anything. Glad I went here after that loss.

Comment : Saved me in a pinch, replacing my low voltage battery for my Tesla. Great communication, great service, but most of all - HONEST! Saved me a couple hundred bucks letting me know a cheaper battery was in transit. Thank you, Chris!
