Comment : I came here to get my tire plugged and Bobby not only found one, not two, but THREE nails in one of my tire. Bobby told me he was the bearer of bad news, but managed to order me a tire in less than two hours and mount it on my car. Now I can drive to New York tomorrow no problem all thanks to Bobby!!!!

Comment : After our newly licensed teen driver had a tussle with a mailbox and unforgiving granite curb, our CRV was left with two destroyed tires. AAA towed it to the nearest approved shop and within an hour I had a call from the shop letting me know the extent of the damage, 3 price options for tire choices and a suggestion about tire brands and reliability that saved us significant money. My spouse, notoriously detail-oriented when researching car-related maintenance, independently confirmed that the recommendations made by the shop were accurate on both cost and performance. After a fast turnaround time (the only deIay was waiting for a part, and the shop called me 2x to update me on shipping status!) I went to pick up the car and found cheerful employees, a warm welcome, and a coean and comfortable waiting area. Perhaps MOST important to me is that they showed me the car, the repairs, and even held on to the destroyed tires in case I wanted to see the damage. In my 40 years driving this was the first shop that did not talk down to me - they did not assume that I would be car-dumb because I?m female. The entire experience felt like I had stepped into a movie version of a 1950?s small-town car repair shop ? warm banter, friendly and respectful interactions and quick service from a team that takes pride in what they do.
