Comment : Was originally going to give a good review but not even an hour worth of driving. And the brakes seized, the caliper was worse. I didn't even go there for brakes. I went for power steering. The car is in worse condition then what I brought it in. Needed a tow to triple a in southington never going back. Honestly. The manager was nice atleast but the fact that my truck had to go to another shop in less then 24 hours is terrible.

Comment : I went in for a normal oil changed Then later on headed out for my trip that I had drove 30 miles came to a complete stop then notice my engine was Smoking and lift it open my hood. There was oil everywhere. We noticed right away that the oil filter was Pushing oil out everywhere you couldn?t even check the oil filter. It was Put on so tight. We checked the oil stick, and that was reading that it was overfilled. due to it being after hours, I had to have my car towed home. I called Midas the next day And explain to them what had happened they came and got it. The manager explained to me that he had washed the oil off the car and replaced the filter. I went to work following day, but when I went to leave work due to it being winter cold temperatures, my engine light was on called The manager came with a tow truck said that the cam was frozen up top But tried to point out it had nothing to do with the oil change when I did he washed my car and these cold temperatures You don?t wash your car in the winter in cold temperatures, which then risks seals from cracking and other plastic parts on the car from cracking he took my car and said don?t worry we?ll fix the issue. So I got my car back the following day sure enough my car has another issue and I call him to tell him and he tells me it has nothing to do with what he did. I brought my car to a dealer $4600 worth of damage all from an oil change and Midas. The manager doesn?t want to be responsible for The companies messed up that all started with an oil change, then washing my car in cold temperatures that caused seals To leak due to the air filter damage . I even tried to reach out to the upper management management who was informed about the issue. He was given my phone number and I got no phone call back so now I sit here being responsible for someone else?s i?m paying out of my own pocket
