Comment : Made an appointment online at 8am for 12.30. Message said they’ll let me know as soon as they open, got no reply. Called to confirm at 10.30 and got confirmation. Got there at 12.20 and was told they’ll check the car before giving me a quotation, well, I sat there for 40 minutes and nothing. When I asked the guy when the check will be done he got really rude and told me I can have my keys back and come back another time. He proceeded to give me back my keys while yelling at me about having an appointment doesn’t mean they take me straight away then walked away slamming the door. So rude, short Spanish guy at the Southington Queen Street. Never again. Would not recommend them!!
