Comment : We checked out a high end BMW that was severely over heating and told a customer what was wrong with his vehicle. He came in 30 minutes before closing with no appointment and gave him a FREE coolant pressure test and inspection, there was not a leak. We gave the gentleman the quote for the issue which was not 3700 dollars and no up sales. We stored his vehicle over the weekend until he picked it up the following Monday. So we received a bad review for trying to help the gentleman. We are a family owned automotive shop and care about our customers and neighbors.

Comment : My car was overheating pulled into monrovia midas because I was scared tech looked at it for 15 minutes they came back with estimate and add ons for $3700. Got it fixed down the street for $445, merely a plastic coolant part had leaked. Please don't go to this shop

Comment : My son and I are traveling from Oregon to Texas when our truck began overheating on the I-210. We were forced off the freeway and God-directed us to the Monrovia Midas. What an awesome experience!We were shown where our mechanic in Oregon failed which caused the issues we were now experiencing. The Midas crew stepped up and took care of the problems which was very cool, but the best part was how they treated us. Sharron and Greg s customer service was absolutely outstanding and second to none!If/when you have any issues with your vehicle(s), do not hesitate to visit Chris crew you will not be disappointed! Comment : New to the Monrovia area and brought my truck here for a basic service and their service was anything but basic. Amazing staff and amazing service.
