Comment : Staff is friendly and smiles in your face while ripping you off. Overcharges their services, and bills don't make sense. Bribing customers for a 5 star review is a shady tactic. Wish I'd gone to the dealership instead.

Comment : These people are running an extortion racket. I have been to this place multiple times for multiple issues and everytime they ve said they ve fixed the issue there s another $1000 bill. For example, me and my dad spent $1600 fixing up a car we had just bought, I complained about a grinding noise on the right side. The reason I brought the car in was because of the grinding. They didn t even notice it. So we spent $1600 on this repair, grinding noise continued. Took the car back in to fix the issue, turns out they didn t even realize I had a bad bearing and wanted to charge me an additional $900 for this repair. I asked if they could go cheaper as that was the reason I brought the car in. They said the parts were expensive, I was able to purchase said part for $100, so that means $800 is going to labor. I m pretty sure 25% of my earning for the year have gone to this specific Midas location. They up charge, and they up charge big, and they know they can get away with it.
