Comment : Scheduled my appointment for a tire change and later called to confirm. Apparently, they were short two technicians, not sure why they would make so many appointments if they don't have enough technicians. What should have taken no more than two hours ended up taking the whole afternoon and the next morning. While I was dropping off the car it didn't seem like much work was going on. Also, they said they couldn't get my aftermarket TPMS sensors to work after an hour of attempting to do so. I was able to get them working on my own in less than 15 minutes, just ordered a cheap TPMS reset tool from Amazon and watched a short youtube video.

Comment : The team on Columbia Tpke sets the bar for customer service. We've had all of our service vehicles taken care of there for the last 3 years and they've taken nothing but exceptional care of us. They're super fair on their pricing and I've never had to wait beyond the time estimate to get our vehicles back on the road. 20/10 highly recommend!

Comment : Work was performed well but was told it would take a few hours and it took 4. Plus I got an inspection and they forgot the sticker, had to go back. Everyone was friendly though.
