Comment : Fantastic service and great communication. I live 45 minutes drive away with other car service places closer to me, but am happy to drive the extra distance for the service they provide.

Comment : since Midas is so curious about my Midas experience I will post what I told them in my survey.
This week on 10/8/26 Midas was brought in as a third party to repair an exhaust issue i had with town fair tire. The matter of negligence was never the issue at hand and was already admitted by the manager of town fair tire. In short, they fixed a leaky tire for me and I ended up with a leaky exhaust. The manager stated he would take care of it and sent me to Midas.

Midas, instead of fixing the exhaust like they were asked from town fair tire tells us town fair is not responsible and there was no evidence to indicate they were at fault. I was told the loud sound i was hearing was just a coincidence of an exhaust ready to expire, it was not anything Midas had done.
My problem here is that this was not what was asked of them, this was not a civil trial. Midas owned the mistake already. Their job was specifically to repair the exhaust, something they were not willing to do due to its rusty condition. Instead they quoted me 3k to install a new exhaust, something I would be responsible for.
Telling me tthe exhaust was not possible to repair is a lie. I was able to have it repaired in less than an hour for 90 dollars at a local shop. At no point did the owner of that shop tell me I needed a new exhaust, only that further down the road I would need a new J pipe.
In my opinion I dont think 90 dollars to fix an exhaust leak was worth the time of Midas but im sure 3k would be. Im really not sure if the issue was that they don't know how to weld or if it just wasn't as lucrative as a new exhaust system. Whatever the case, it did not make Midas look good. It made them look complicit to not only help out another business get off the hook but benefit themselves as well.

Comment : Midas gave me great service even on a Saturday. They were courteous, prompt, and they fixed my vehicle by the end of the day. As someone who works on a Saturday I really appreciated that. They were flexible about the time I picked up the vehicle and gave me a detailed and reasonable bill. I definitely recommend Jim and Canton Midas.

Comment : I recently had to have my car in for two days and they rented me a car. And they got the job done sooner than expected. They have a times given me rides home and one time dropped my car at my house, because I work later than they are open. That service is so appreciated!! The front desk is great too!!
