Comment : No kidding! these guys (and gals) are fabulous. Appointment making to end of transaction smmooooth as buttah! They called me to reschedule because their equipment was down, and got me back in quickly. My emissions test took about five minutes, and I was out the door. Great team. Very organized.

Comment : Midas has serviced our cars with dedication and professionalism for years, always making the experience pleasant and positive. I have recently had a very difficult time figuring out why a car, under ford warranty, has failed emissions. Midas has patiently provided guidance and assistance to me and my daughter, which was not my experience at the dealer. I continue to appreciate having such a great place to bring my vehicles in our home town. They provide pertinent recommendations based on their knowledge of your vehicle and provide good quality service in relation to the price paid. Comment : They were absolutely great. My exhaust fell off and they fit me into their schedule right away and fixed it that day! I use my truck for work, so them fixing it right away was a huge help. Comment : I have been bringing both of our high mileage Toyotas here for a few years and Brad and his team consistently provide great service, great consultation, and fair prices. There are quite a few auto shops (and dealership shops) on this side of the Farmington Valley, but this is by far the best one we ve used. I am usually able to get appointments without issue, regular oil changes/tire rotation/and checkup while waiting on the vehicle, and same day pickup and drop off for more involved repair jobs. Comment : I had my daughter???s Honda Fit for few days and knew it needed brake work. I called and got an appointment rather quickly. I like that they do diagnostic tests, give a me call and go over necessary replacement parts, non-necessary parts and safety issues. Comment : I adore this shop. I know Midas as a chain sometimes has a negative connotation but this is run and managed like an independent shop. Always has attention to details and friendly (genuine) customer service. The front desk is also top notch. This place is a gem for the Farmington Valley.
