Comment : Needed an inspection and they took the vehicle in within a few minutes of arriving (did not have an appointment and was the second shop I'd been to this morning trying to get the car in for an inspection). Service manager touched base following physical checks indicating only thing left was to put it through the system. First service shop I've been to that indicated the specific wheel removed during inspection, the torque they set the lugs to on reinstallation, and that it would need to be retorqued (kinda cut him short there and said I'd retorque it after 50-100mi - pretty sure he was going to offer if I brought it back though - didn't really give him an opportunity to). That level of detail hasn't been shared during any other recent service visits / inspections at other shops. Another positive, didn't get the car back with grease and grime all over the door handle or steering wheel (bonus) like I have recently from another nearby service center I won't name. Will certainly be using them again in the near future. Very responsive, good communication, and professional. 👍🏻👍🏻

Comment : stopped by to set up a state inspection, oil change, tire rotation the usual stuff. asked Tim if he would look at the tint brow on my windshield to make sure it was legal. he walked out and said it was not legal blah blah blah. he was totally wrong, didnt even know what the AS1 line on the windshield was. he called dmv, found out I was right but still wouldnt tell me wether it would pass or not. went on a rant about not doing anything illegal, etc etc etc. Uh tim, no one was asking you to. I was just trying to find out if i needed to trim the brow tint before bringing it in. anyway went down the street, got it inspected they even took pics to show it was totally legal and did all my service. I have been going there almost 24 years. I will miss Ian, Tom is a good guy, the rest of the mechanics are super,, I will not speak to someone in a nasty way and I will not be spoken to that way. our family will go elsewhere.

Comment : Went today to get a oil change and they said I had missing bolts that needed to be e re attached to my exhaust pipe?I now have new noises coming from my car I didn?t have before so they definitely removed it themselves and are trying to get more money from me ?? I?m 21 and struggling with money and based of other reviews they are doing this to other young girls so don?t go here if you are seeing this

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : They take care of out two cars ( RAV 4 hybrid and CX5). They are very professional, efficient and mechanically competent. They have good customer service sense and provide a good value for quality services and parts guarantees.

Comment : First time using Midas here. I am a do it yourself person. I would be very comfortable going back in the future.
