Comment : I brought my car in for a routine Virginia State Safety Inspection. The shop told me it would fail and quoted me over $1,000 in repairs that were supposedly required to pass.
Not wanting to spend that without a second opinion, I took the vehicle to another certified inspection station. They performed the full inspection and passed it with no repairs needed at all.

I understand inspections can vary slightly, but a $1,000+ discrepancy on safety items that another official station found perfectly fine feels very off. I won't be returning and would caution others to get a second opinion before committing to major repairs at this shop.

Comment : Once again Metro Motor has come to my rescue! My brakes were screeching metal on metal so I took my car into Metro Motor. They are professional, compassionate and skilled. Excellent customer service! They gave a fair price for new brakes and fixed my car quickly. I highly recommend them!
