Comment : This place is close by so I went to get my AC checked out. If I had time, I would’ve gone to my trusted mechanics of many years.

Anyway, I was pretty sure a line was clogged and made an appointment easily online. Got a text confirming the appointment as well as a reminder text. Walked in to a spotless area, checked in, and waited. There are only a couple of chairs to wait but I didn’t see anyone else who needed to wait.

Check-in was pleasant and quick and the manager checked my car out. Sure enough, a line was logged. He cleared it. No charge since it was just air to clear it. He was very friendly, explained what he did, and answered another question I had. Shook my hand and I was ready to go.

I will definitely use them again the future. It was just like being at my trusted mechanics’ shop.

Comment : I came in July 30th with a flat tire. Even though they were steady, Carlos immediately greeted me and helped me find a solution. He not only put my spare donut on for me, he was honest about any thing he spotted and offered amazing information. Very communicative, efficient, and welcoming. I would recommend them and will be a returning customer myself. Thank you so much!!

Comment : Carlos makes Metro Motors shine! I’ve been a longtime loyal customer and always know Carlos will be honest while understanding my budget. My Acura MDX is aging but with proper maintenance, will serve me for another year or so. Metro Motors has integrity and Carlos represents his company with flying colors!!

Comment : Very friendly and helpful. Gave detailed break down of repair needs. Love their online estimate system with pictures and explanations of repairs. Let me approve each step and adjusted the repairs to fit my budget and what was critical. Even gave me a ride home!

Comment : Kind and friendly staff. I had a coughing fit that rendered me unable to see or speak, and the lady (perhaps of Indian descent) attendant offered me water. My car was also quickly serviced even though I came at a busy time.

Comment : I had the BEST experience at Metro Motor with Carlos and his amazing team. My truck was towed there at end of day Friday and was complete and ready to be picked up by that Saturday afternoon. The most efficient, kind and thorough care I have experienced as a customer. The excellent communication and care I received was evident. Thank you for shifting my perspective as a woman who is usually left unsatisfied after multiple experiences dealing with untrustworthy businesses.
