Comment : I have an older vehicle that needed maintenance in order to pass the Virginia state safety inspection so I could get it registered. Metro Motors inspected my vehicle, clearly explained the services that were required, and offered a fair price, lower than what a previous repair shop had quoted me. The staff was courteous and professional throughout the process. If I ever need vehicle repairs in the future, I will definitely return.

Comment : Disappointing diagnostic work and poor communication. I was quoted nearly $3,000 to replace a headlight assembly without proper testing, and when I asked for details, I received no response at all.

Another European shop later performed proper diagnostics and found the real issue was a control module, not the headlight. This felt like a ?replace the whole part? approach rather than identifying the root cause. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving expensive repairs here.

Comment : Got my car inspected here and was scared based on my previous experience with mechanics conveniently finding massive problems during inspection time, but was pleasantly surprised with the results and low price for the inspection.
