Comment : Words can t describe how grateful we are to the Metro Motor team! From the outset, Luie was kind, informative and very responsive. At every stage of the repair he let us know what was going on and went above and beyond to get our car looking brand new. We initially took the car in to repair damage from a hit and run, but were so impressed with their service that we ended up repairing some previous damage as well. Comment : I wouldn't recommend denting your car, but if you ever did, I definitely recommend Metro Motor Collision for the repair.I dented my Audi. It was my first time, so I was new to the whole process of the repair.Other body shops had frustratingly long wait times. For some I had to wait around 5 days to schedule a time for them to look at the car. Other shops told me the fix would take at least 10 days.Metro Motor collision were able to see the car immediately. They were responsive, there was no complicated online booking system. I just called and they told me to come in.After I dropped the car, they paid for my Uber home, which was a nice touch and made me less stressed.The time to fix the car was 4 days (including work on Saturday). So I dropped in the car by Friday and picked it up on Tuesday. This was so much less disruption than other shops.I had gotten other quotes for how much it would be to fix the car. Metro Motor Collision had a cheaper rate. I also saw that the cost per hour is less and they are putting more hours into fixing the cars than others. I liked the detailed quote they gave me.Other body shops had a flat hourly rate. Metro Motor Collision had different rates for different kind of work, with some mechanic work being more expensive, cleaning and painting tasks at a cheaper rate, which made sense.The repair was flawless. Luie kept me posted. He sent me pictures of the different stages the car is at. It was kinda cool seeing them do the work.The car looked like new when I picked it up. They had cleaned it from the outside and from the inside too! Even the floors were clean, the dashboard, everything.I am not sure there is anything that I could have asked for.I wouldn't recommend denting your car, but if you ever did, I definitely recommend Metro Motor Collision for the repair.
