Comment : 10/10 Service – Highly Recommend!

I recently had some collision repair work done at this shop in DC and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Karim, the specialist I worked with, was awesome—extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and down to earth. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

Although the repair took a bit longer than originally anticipated, it was only because they discovered some additional work that needed to be done and had to order parts to ensure everything was fixed properly. The extra time was worth it—my car looked like new when I picked it up.

At pickup, I was helped by Bakr, who I later found out is the owner. You wouldn’t have guessed it because he was just as friendly and approachable as everyone else. He even suggested some tasteful cosmetic mods for my BRZ and offered to arrange a pickup for my Enterprise rental to save me the hassle of making another trip.

This place goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back soon for those mods!

Comment : Unfortunately, my experience with Metro Motor Collision was disappointing. The repair took much longer than estimated, and communication throughout the process was lacking. When I finally got my car back, there were still minor issues that hadn’t been fully addressed. I expected better given their reputation.
