Comment : I don?t leave a lot of Google reviews but metro motor was amazing! I had a bunch of scrapes to my rear door. I called ahead and they told me to just drive over. I was in and out in 15 minutes, car looks good as new and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Comment : I was clipped by an unaware driver and I chose this place because it was recommended by Genesis website. They were more expensive than other shops but trusted the recommendation. My vehicle is hasn't even been serviced yet and has about 3k miles. I take extra care because I lease it. The estimate process and scheduling work were seamless and The work looked great. Surprisingly, it was done within 24 hours when I was told it would be at least 2 days. This did raise suspicion. My disappointment comes at pick up. They said it washed but it was way dirtier than when I picked it up. That wasn't such a big deal and didn't want to wait. Then I got home under the garage lights and noticed several scratches around the fender/hood that were not there before. There was also masking tape still underneath the bumper which makes me think they didn't remove the bumper as I thought they would have to. Again, their work looks good, so time will tell on the quality. Hopefully, the new scratches will come out after a buff job. But I shouldn't even need to worry about that from a quality shop. You can see in last photo the new scratches and how dirty the vehicle was.

Comment : I recently had my BMW X5 serviced and repaired after an accident, and I couldn?t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the team did an amazing job restoring my vehicle. After the accident, I was worried about whether my X5 would ever look and drive the same again, but they completely exceeded my expectations.

The bodywork and repairs were done flawlessly ? you would never know the car had been in an accident. Not only does it look fantastic, but it?s also running like new again. They paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was repaired properly and safely.

The customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what needed to be fixed, kept me informed with updates, and answered all of my questions. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt confident and satisfied.

On top of the high-quality work and excellent service, their pricing was very fair and reasonable. It?s not easy to find a shop that combines expert repairs, honesty, and great customer care ? but they absolutely delivered.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing reliable collision repair or general automotive service. They truly go above and beyond!

Comment : While heading out to work on a Monday morning, I discovered that my car had been broken into and my airbag was stolen, overnight. I filed a claim with my insurer and chose Metro Motor as my body shop. Getting my car repaired at this shop was the silver lining of this experience. Their team was empathetic, knowledgeable and efficient. I had my car back, repaired and cleaned, by Friday of the same week. Thanks again!

Comment : This shop did such a great job on my car I promised I'd leave a review for them. Car was damaged from being sidelined at a merging lane. The car looked and drove better than what I remember. They worked directly with my insurance which made it easy. They also let me make multiple payment methods as I didn't realize I reached a daily credit limit and while inspecting the vehicle, they proactively offered to buff off a few scrapes and scratches where it wasn't impacted by the accident

Comment : The staff are a wonderful group of professionals. They did a fantastic job on my partner Anthony’s Mazda 3. The work was such that one can’t even tell if it was in an accident. We selected Metro Motors based on other reviews and they dis not disappoint. Very please with the work and would highly recommend this company
