Comment : I had a disappointing experience with this repair shop, mainly due to poor communication and lack of follow-through. I worked with Abdul, who did not consistently listen to requests or follow through on what was promised. He offered to help reserve a rental car but never actually completed the reservation. When I arrived on time, I was told no cars were available and that this ?happens all the time.? Only when he called in front of me was a reservation made, and I immediately received a confirmation I had not gotten before?indicating it hadn?t been done earlier and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

The estimate process was also concerning. The initial estimate submitted to my insurance was around $2,800, but it ultimately increased to $11,000. Other repair shops were able to estimate around $7,500 upfront, which raises concerns about accuracy and transparency.

Communication overall was poor. I called to request an additional item be included, was told it would be handled, but it was not done when I picked up the car.

During the repair process, when I stopped by to retrieve a car seat, I noticed the interior was covered in dust from the work being done, which was concerning. To be fair, the car was cleaned by the time it was returned.

While the exterior work itself appears acceptable, the overall experience was frustrating enough that I would not use this shop again.

Their entire staff was very friendly and professional. They worked with my insurance company after finding additional damage to my vehicle. The end results surpassed my expectations. My SUV looked better than before the accident occurred. I have received compliments since getting my SUV back. I would highly recommend using Metro Motor Collision for autobody repair work.
