Comment : They didn't correctly repair my auto the first time around and I had to return the car to be fixed the right way. It fell under the warranty period and I didn't have to pay additional costs for the repair.

Comment : Metric is the best! They replaced my leaking radiator as well as replacing both valve cover gaskets (V8). A month later, the new radiator and the valve cover gaskets are still performing perfectly. Zero leaks, no issues. Their 24 month/24k mile warranty on their work is reassuring, and the same warranty is honored by a whole network of repair shops across the US.Metric kept me updated about the status of my car every day, by phone call and text. Comment : Helped me out in a crisis! I was in the area from NY , my car got ripped apart by dogs or coyotes searching for a critter . They let me have my car towed in and had it done as soon as they possibly could . Great and friendly staff . Thank You !
