Comment : This was my first experience with Metric. Overall, I felt like a valued customer, and I felt confident in their work due to a friend's recommendations. All of the employees were kind and professional. After the brake service was complete and I picked up the car, there was an issue of scraping sounds when making sharp left and right turns. It took 2 trips to Metric to get it resolved. The first time I stopped by, it was their lunchtime, but I returned the next business morning, and they made it right. Looking at the survey questions, was there a AAA discount available to me?? I could've used that!

Comment : Metric Motors did the work I requested and reported a couple of other things that needed to be fixed. I had it all fixed, thereby avoiding an unfortunate and costly event on the road or having to schedule more work. Luis was very helpful and gracious while I was headed to surgery myself. (I did not inquire about an AA discount.)
