Comment : I've used Mesko Glass for 20 years now. Recently had the eight remaining windows installed to make my home completely Mesko glass. Had a good experience with Gary Mesko, the front office and the installers. I obviously recommend.

Comment : We had two windows break and we called Mesko, they came out fit it and ordered it and installed it within 2 weeks. The installation was less than a hour. The window looks brand new. Given we live on a dirt road it is the cleanest it has ever been too.

Comment : Mr. Mesko came to my house in August and measured the windows to be replaced. Did not receive a quote and when I walked into the Honesdale office, there was no record of a work order. I called Mr. Mesko who assured me that the windows were being fabricated. 2 weeks later, Mr. Mesko called to say the windows were in but his installer hurt his back. Well... August turned into December. I received a collections letter from Mesko Glass and the windows still weren't installed. End of December, when it was freezing out, the new windows were installed. Poor quality.

Comment : I would love to give this company more stars, but they never follow up! I spoke to Mark on the phone and then followed up with photos of the glass/project and never heard back. I followed up 3 more times via email and countless times via phone messages. We ended up using Valley Glass who was so responsive, well priced, and actually wanted my business.I would love to give this company more stars, but they never follow up!
