Comment : claimed they fixed my car ,paid them drove it and it was not fixed . Took it back did not fix it ,they gave no refund or work anything out with me ..I paid for a service they did not do ..I'm feeling taken advantage of and 1400 gone

Comment : Took my car for brakes felt like they overcharged me picked up my car barely home it over heated took it back paid 800 they said problem was fixed drove it home overheated again went back to the shop left car for 4 days and I had to take Ubers to work they didn?t fix it or give any of the money back so I paid over 1400 in 2 weeks just to have a car that only needed brakes now my car over heats ..I guess I?ve been had

Comment : We have used Merrimack Valley Tire for many years, for our personal vehicles and for our commercial ones before we retired.
We have complete trust in Steve and his employees. There have been times where Steve has found a more economic way to take care of our issues. They are honest, personable, and have very reasonable charges.

Comment : Visited Merrimack Valley Tire today to check out a problem with my car. The service was perfect. The man at the desk knew off the top of his head what the solution would be inspiring great confidence in the service here. I was out and happy in a very short time. I just returned to Haverhill after 50 years away. My father, then I, were regular customers at Merrimack Tire then. I feel happy and full circle today. Great place!

Comment : Very helpful staff. I had to get my car state inspection and they found my tires weren't going to pass. They ordered and two days later they were able to service and complete / pass my car and didn't take long. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area that wants a knowledgeable staff and a good experience!

Comment : I don't think I've ever encountered such kind and empathetic people during a car crisis throughout my life. I had quite an insane situation that happened to me on a Friday afternoon on the way to my brother's wedding where at one point I got a flat tire. Triple A towed me to this place and these guys were genuinely good people who helped me out through a time of high stress and craziness. Most garages get a reputation of trying to rip people off, but I can with full honesty say everything I experienced here was the complete opposite of that. God bless this place.
