Comment : I was very impressed with Courtney and Zach who went beyond duty to help find rental car, get warranty coverage and get me to airport to pick up rental. I was disappointed in repair because mechanic did not reolace all of gas siphoned out of truck to make repair to fuel pump though he said he had. (Truck had full tank when it was towed in; half tank when I picked it up.)

Comment : went in for free 4000 mile service offered by merchants. Walked on with engine light on they saus was not their fault. 50 dollars later it was fixed. Mother %%%@% scammers

Comment : Courtney has been amazing with customer service and communication, she’s great. My issue is with the loaner vehicle. It is absolutely discussing, not to mention considering COVID. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned nor sanitized in a very long time. I have picture of you would like.
