Comment : I wish that I could give them no stars. I was interested in a Nissan NV350 passenger vehicle they ha one online with no pictures I contacted them through the online form and began conversing about scheduling a time to go and look at it. Merchants is a 2 and a half hour drive for me one way, so my wife and I took a day to travel down and see it. when we arrived we were greeted by a nice salesman who looked it up and said it was not available, they said that it had just come in and had an issue that they didnt know how to fix yet. I explained that I had made an appointment and travelled the distance i did to come see it specifically making an appointment to look at it and never once was there a time that was mentioned that it was in the shop or had something wrong with it. I was fuming. then the sales rep did a classic bait 'n' switch we have a ford explorer to look at instead. we told the rep that we were still interested and left our contact info with him when it came out of the shop to let us know. well literally 3 days later it got marked online as sold. 6 plus hours travel, food, babysitter, nothing. no compassion, no apology. just whatever it took to placate us and get us out the door. horrible dealership horrible customer service. horrible waste of time.

Comment : Don't want to give a star. They dont deserve squat!! They do lie, they took the shades that were to go with vehicle, said it was my imgination! I called the previous owner and yes shades came with the suv. They also give you a run around when you have their warranty and the warranty they sell... Do not buy!!! Its a RIP OFF!! SO IN OTHER WORDS THEY SUCK!!! Always telling people to stay away from Kanes auto sales and repairs. I send them to Extra Care Auto Repair!!! Hows that Shawn for a review? !! Probably will take it off line!!!

Comment : Just wanted to put a little thought out there on the world class experience here. I bought a vehicle earlier from here and today upgraded to a dream vehicle thanks to the staff especially BOB. I recommend vets and Public Safety to go here for their world class services. No stress and outstanding professionalism.

Comment : If I could give negative stars I would for this place. They are obviously successful given their size, but seem to deal in volume and definitely not a quality experience.

First off, when I called, I didn't get someone in NH, I got a call center and made an appointment to test drive a car, they verified and we set a time.

I arrive at the dealer (and it is now raining unfortunately) and they assign me a salesperson who takes my license and then tells me that I can't drive the car. It was scheduled for maintenance. Why this wasn't conveyed while I was making the appointment. The salesperson then got very curt when I asked why this happened, as if this is a normal outcome... "the call center in Kentucky doesn't have this info". I was aggravated as I had driven pretty far on a rainy Friday night to check out the car.

He then says, well, you can look at the car, and takes me out to their little shuttle truck to get across their vast fleet of used cards, and opens the passenger door from the inside and says "oh, your seat is all wet hopefully that's not a problem". I'm like, are you serious dude. The window was left open and the seat was soaked. I said no, so we walked across the lot looking for the car in the rain...

I can't express just how aggravated I was and the salesperson's attitude was icing on the cake.

I'm not sure what kind of rinky-dink operation this is, but it seems to be successful, but I will be sure to tell anyone talking to me about cars my experience, and highly suggest they avoid.
