Comment : I bought a car from Mercedes-Benz and paid cash in full. It has now been over a month since my purchase, and the dealership still has not filed the title paperwork with the DMV. Out of frustration, I called the DMV myself, and they confirmed that no title application had ever been submitted. To make matters worse, the dealership has not been returning my phone calls, and my salesperson, Yun Tian, has done nothing to help resolve the issue. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. Paying cash should have made this a smooth and simple process, but instead I’m left without proper paperwork and without any support from the dealer. I would strongly caution others before doing business here.

Comment : The service provided was excellent and the staff was very professional and helpful. It did take a lot longer than I initially was told. I waited for three hours. I was told it was going to be one and a half or two hours tops. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. Thank you!!

Comment : Purchased my vehicle 6/25 as of today I still do not have my license plates. I called several times was told my sales person would call me back. After waiting days he called and said they were overnighting my plates this was on 8/11 still no plates. I called back my sales representative answered the phone hurry up gave it to another sales person to avoid speaking to. This guy advised me my sales person would call me back still no call after 24 hours. My paper tag was out on 8/13 and I live in Austin. I am so sorry I purchased my car from Mercedes Benz Waco and the sales person.
