Comment : Please Stay Away from these people especially if you are buying used. My wife and I bought a used van from them and it has been a disaster. First buying the car was hell as they only had one finance person who spent more time socializingwith her co-workers than doing her job then there's the fact I have had the van for less than 3 months and have had to get the battery replaced, which I figured okay one minor problem no big deal. When the alternator went out I started to get concerned but again that's usually the first thing to go, so I got it replaced. Then came the coolant leaks, it is leaking coolant almost as fast as I put it in, I am out of money to repair the car and I can't get anyone from this place to to help as navigating their automated phone system is a nightmare. On top of all of this though, I have had the vehicle for less than three months and still no sign of the license plate, they sent me another temporary plate as if that fixes anything. I would give them zero stars if I could. I usually only try to post positive reviews but twenty thousand is a lot to spend on a 2 ton paperweight.Update: They are refusing to do anything saying their warranty does not cover the cooling system. They will, "work with us," but there is no way we can afford what they are going to charge us. Oh and if they respond saying the GM wants to talk with you, they lied, they only let us talk to the sales manager, Ernesto. They don't care and they don't want to make this right. So now I am stuck here making payments on a two ton paperweight in my driveway. Thanks Mercedes Benz of Waco, thank you for showing me the stereotype that all used car salesmen are truly the scum of the earth.Please Stay Away from these people especially if you are buying used. Comment : We bought a used van from Mercedes-Benz of Waco at the end of December. It is now the middle March and not only do we not have our permanent tags; we also now have a very expensive paper weight. After the first month, the battery started acting up. Many of the electrical systems started to have minor issues and now after a new battery and TWO alternator replacements we have spent more on repairs than the payments for the van itself. There is now a coolant leak that we have to take it in again to a mechanic. I am now kicking myself for not reading the low star reviews for this place.
