Comment : Allison was great and very patient in my purchase. I love my car..Financing manager is on her game and went over and above as well.They waited for us to come from out of town to make the purchase even though we came right before closing.. Excellent experience all and all. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car to shop here first!!!

You will find, he is a true professional and is very knowledgeable about the Mercedes product line. In today's competitive world it is difficult to find a sales professional that actually listens to the customer.

Comment : I'm always so impressed at how well Sean and his group take care of me when I have service, and even the time I was worried about an exhaust leak (it wasn't leaking thank goodness!) They have handled my Sprinter with respect and the up most care. You see I live full time in my Sprinter, having to leave my whole life in another's hands is a bit nerve racking. Sean and the team have always done me right. I've been to a lot of MB dealerships, MB of Waco has become my go to even if I have to drive a long distance to get to them. Thanks for caring about your customers in a world and time where that's no longer the norm!

Comment : Roberto was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process. He and the manager Traci stayed late after closing to make sure we got everything taken care of and we were extremely appreciative of them for doing that.
