Comment : Pinched the rear tire on my "E" series and had to be towed into Waco from Killeen, TX. Had talked with Jacob Hill (Service Advisor) prior to arriving (clear communication/honesty). Location is small but work is par excellence! Spotless facility and affable staff all around. Nice current new and used cars on site. Tire (specialty) was ordered (Explained issues/parts) and loaner car arranged because of close distance to home (trust). Between physical arrival and actual tire installation (reliability/quality parts) next morning (quality work), was out and back on the road within 8 hours. Mechanics only suggested repairs that were necessary and in the interests of safety (honesty) after reading actual invoice and future recommendations. Overall reaction: Staff and Mechanics are knowledgeable and honest and Jacob Hill is what the face of Mercedes should be! Great experience overall.
