Comment : Had the BEST experience at Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted—specific model, specific interior color—the whole vision. Even though they didn’t have the car on-site, they didn’t miss a beat. The team went above and beyond to make it happen and found the exact car I had been dreaming about.

Huge shoutout to Sales Manager Charles Adams—seriously a legend! He was super friendly, easy to work with, and totally got what I was looking for. Thanks to Charles, I’m now driving off in the perfect Mercedes and couldn’t be happier!

Comment : I am a little surprised that Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard has not sent me a survey with respect to my recent service. I brought in my 2012 Mercedes-Benz chassis RV on Monday March 31st for a B-service and transmission work. I worked with your Service Advisor Gabriel Garcia who coordinated with me on its final completion on April 1st. Mr. Garcia was friendly and helpful on the scheduling and as to what would be accomplished. He kept me informed. Upon delivery I found two issues, signs of DEF overflow in the engine compartment and a missing reflector on the rear of the body. Mr. Garcia immediately took care of both issues. He searched the wash-bay for the reflector, he found it and had it glued back on to the body.
To be honest I don’t normally do surveys but I feel that Mr. Garcia’s effort, concern, and friendliness to a customer who is from out of town (Annapolis, MD) deserves some recognition. I am disappointed that Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard did not send me a survey so this my attempt to give one of your employee’s some well-deserved acknowledgement of a job well done. I just hope that this gets forwarded to his management and upper management.

Comment : I had a BMW 3 series and i loved my car but it was a few years old and it was time for something newer. I was considering several cars and decided to check them out in person and maybe a test drive. After visiting two dealerships walking around the lot for at least 25 minutes on a Monday afternoon with no salesperson in sight, my husband and I decided to give Mercedes a try. As soon as we walked onto the lot there was a lady parking a vehicle and offered to grab keys for a test drive. Eunnice was great from the start. She listened to what i was looking for, explained the car features during the test drive and helped make the deal. The paperwork process took a little longer than expected but the manger Raul checked in on us a few times. We then met the finance manager Sean who was also great. He was detailed and made sure we understood everything in the contract and our options. The signing took about 10 minutes and then it was time to take my new car home.
