Comment : Took my car in for steering column actuator they had my car for a week I got it back they messed up my cruise control and charge me for their mistake and kept my car for another 4 days so all together like 2 weeks I was without a car and got charged for their error

Comment : Very slow to respond and poor communication after initial contact, did not seem to prioritize a sale despite the numerous calls and emails/texts. My initial contact was 10am and I was lead along for hours only to be told at 8:30pm the car had already been sold.

Comment : He kept telling me it's just only a few thousand dollars more and youget the car want. I told him if only a few thousand sounded insignificant to you, why not low it down, so I can buy that car.
