Comment : Been coming to MB Valencia location for many years. They always have excellent services previously from Manager Tony and now Manager Kurt. Service advisors Derek and Jeremy are my go to for questions and concerns regarding my car and they both give me honest advice. Behind the scene- mechanics can be trusted for the outcome of their work.

Comment : I appreciated them accommodating me with a Saturday appointment. I didn't appreciate the time it took to complete the service. I feel Mercedes Benz in Encino faster weekend servicing.

Comment : Had to replace the battery after eight years of service. I was able to bring the car in directly and add the battery placed in a couple hours without an appointment.

Comment : The dealership has lost all of its quality. Since the former GM was let go, the dealership has turned into a low budget instagram influencer clown show. Vegas club music blaring throughout the dealership, salesmen all smoking while taking selfies in the lot and absolutely horrible customer service from the service department.
