Comment : Unprofessional. No one knew how to handle the situation when the car that I bought (completely signed for) did not pass final inspection. How they could've sold it to me without being fully inspected is questionable too. Tried to replace the car with "the same thing" and it wasn't and they couldn't even acknowledge that or find appropriate solutions for all the inconveniences and runarounds. Extremely disappointing experience.

Comment : I have used the Mercedes of San Antonio mobile service several times including this last week. It is an outstanding service. Easy to make an appointment, always on time with outstanding personnel that perform the actual maintenance. Personnel are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. Highly recommend.

Comment : Avoid Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio. I drove an hour and a half from Austin after confirming my appointment multiple times, only to be told the car was already sold. When I asked what happened, the staff acted like I was bothering them. The manager said he'd call me back, never did, and when I pressed for answers, another one hung up on me. Total incompetence, rude from start to finish. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere else.

Comment : Undervalued the trade in, then did typical car sales man "song and dance" after I specifically indicated that was not my route to car buying. Salesman ranted and harassed when I didn't rate him with a 5 star. Stay away from this dealership.
