Comment : Service is fast. Staff is really helpful. I just left the car and waited in their rest area. Then, my car was ready for pick up 2 hours later.

Comment : Service is always great. I love Foothill Mercedes Benz. My loaner car (a black 2023 CLA 250) smelled a bit like smoke as someone (a previous customer) had smoked in the car while using it. This is not the fault of the dealership, but they should have smoking and nonsmoking cars, as I am highly allergic to smoke.

Comment : Well, I drove less than 40 miles on a loaner car and put (2) gallon of gas. Before returning it. They received the car and they didn't say anything. To my surprise, I was charged $16.00 on my credit card without my authorization. Not to mention that I brought my car a second time for the same repair. I will not go back to this dealer.
