Comment : Service rep was fantastic in every way - knowledgable, friendly and acting in my best interest. I don't know how well the alignment was performed, but I do know that the car was not washed, and the radio reset to a Spanish language radio station. That means the car battery was being drained by workers listening to my radio, instead of their own.
