Comment : Michael Reyes makes the service experience at BH MBZ enjoyable and reassuring and highly professional. I hope he never leaves that dealership, but I will follow him to whatever local MBZ dealership he moves his career. I applaud the BH MBZ for their good sense in hiring him.

Comment : The service director would not communicate with us. The repair was under warranty and we had to go to Mercedes Benz of Akron Ohio to verify and confirm. I had to call corporate and then call a second time (escalation) to get Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hill to communicate with us. Only then would they do so and only by text.
