When I called, the person on the phone had no common sense. I told her I needed a headlight replaced, she proceeds to tell me there were no appointments available and I would have to drop the car off so they can do a diagnostic test. I said it’s a burned out headlight and she proceeded to get smart with me. I hung up, went online booked my own appointment for the same day and was in and out in 1 hour. It seems like the calls are answered through a call center. I was on hold for 28 minutes, or I had the option for someone to call me back. The person I spoke with sent an Email for my advisor to call me back, but I never heard anything.
