Comment : We've been customers of Harris Auto and Tire since 2011, when my in-laws recommended them to us after years of great experiences of their own. They were one of the first local businesses we became patrons of when we moved to Wentzville, and 15 years later, I couldn't recommend them more highly.

The service and prices have always been fair, but what really sets Harris apart is their integrity and the way they treat people. Over the years, they've helped us out with loaner vehicles, absorbed unexpected repair costs rather than passing them along to us, and taken care of small things without charging us. I don't share these examples because I expect anything for free, but because they reflect a business that genuinely understands what it means to take care of its customers.

As a woman, I've had experiences at other auto shops where I felt talked down to or taken advantage of. I have never felt that way at Harris. They take the time to explain things, treat me with respect, and give me the same honest, straightforward service whether I'm there alone or with my husband.

Jordan, Jeremy, and the entire Harris family have built something special. Even though I don't need auto repairs very often, walking in feels a little like visiting people who know you and are glad to see you. It's a welcoming, helpful place, and that kind of experience is worth supporting.

I've recommended Harris to many people over the years, and I'll continue doing so. If you're looking for a local business that values honesty, fairness, and relationships over nickel-and-diming its customers, Harris Auto and Tire is exactly the kind of business worth supporting.
