Comment : Had my grandson's 2008 honda pilot towed in to have the transmission coolant lines replaced due to rusted lines which leaked. They said it might take over 2 weeks before they could get to it, but they managed to work me in. They kept me informed throughout the whole ordeal and got it done in a week, despite finding out the radiator was also compromised and had to be replaced. Price was also competitive. I highly recommend them.

Comment : We took our BMW in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Harris called me at the end of the day to tell me they completed the work. I paid over the phone and that was that. And, this is why I continue to choose Harris. They called me back AFTER I paid and told me that my vehicle called for 11 quarts of oil, but that 10 was all it took. They wanted to know if I wanted the 11th quart of oil, to be credited for the extra quart or put the credit on my account. Harris did not have to call me. I had already paid and I would never have known. It ended up being a credit of roughly $17. But, that is honesty and that is why I choose Harris for my automotive maintenance needs.
