Comment : If i could give a 0 star, i would. We broke down NYE, we are from NH and we're supposed to go home NYD. Called many different places to get our diesel truck in, this dealership told us they could look at the truck Monday. Got it towed there, Monday rolls around and they can't get to it until Wednesday now because they are short staffed. Wednesday we check and than we are told Thursday. At this point, on Thursday, 8 days after we brought it here and it not being touched, I called the owner who connected me with the service manager Michelle. Michelle said they'd had someone not come back from lunch the day before and they were short staffed, but she could get the truck in that day, which she did. It got "fixes" and we got a whole 15% discount for our trouble.
Now today, Saturday, the truck is broken down on the side of the road in NH.
Not impressed, because I'm not convinced it was fixed, I believe it was just patched or mcgeyvered, and we paid close to $1000 for this.

Comment : The salesman, Don Dolan was very helpful in selecting the truck that I wanted. The showroom and waiting area were very welcoming. All employees were very kind and respectful to my family.
