Comment : It’s a little hard to describe. The service wasn’t terrible, front staff friendly and welcoming. But, difficult to hear, when I picked my car up, that it had problems that I’d never had with the car previously. My car is relatively new, 2018, moderate miles, and had generally been serviced regularly since I’ve had it. I’m sure Mellow does good work, but my first experience wasn’t as I’d hoped.

Comment : 6/18/2021 - I take my family’s 5 cars, all different makes and models, to Mello Motors. They always tell me what service the cars need and those that are immediate, and what can be scheduled for a latter date.
