Could get me in same day, so I had the vehicle towed to them. They diagnosed the problem which led to the whole motor needed to be worked on, which the price wasn?t worth it for the vehicle. This being my first vehicle ever ?totaled? I wasn?t sure what to do. I came in the next day to pay for the diagnostic, told them that I would be trying to get the car out of their lot in 2 days. It was heavily implied I should hurry up as it was taking lot space. Imperial, MO Reviewed : 03/04/2026 Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. I have less than 5 hours of my time and less than 1000 dollars invested WITH NEW TIRES, and its running like a champ.. maybe I need to switch professions.'> Reviewed : 02/26/2026 Comment : I brought my Toyota Sequoia in to find out what all the lights on my dash were about and to find a "short" or bad connection to my lift gate because the window AND wipers stopped working simultaneously.They told me my motors to the wiper and window were both bad and needed replaced. Over a thousand dollars for that with a handle replacement which WAS needed but they tried to over charge me for the handle by a hundred bucks. I fixed the entire lift gate for 35 dollars (cost of handle) and about 1 1/2 hours. I pulled all connections apart and reattached and motors are fine.Now on to the engine issues. I was told there was oil leaks in my valve covers which, another lie.. I had those changed last year at AA Auto and it was done right. They said I had oil in the holes where the coil packs that attach to the plugs, also false.Be VERY careful here. I asked for a detailed, itemized list of issues and cost per issue.. wouldn't do it.Initially I was told by David that the cost would be between 3 and 4 thousand for all repairs.
