Comment : Extreme improvement, previous owners were definitely negative stars. Kept me away with the unprofessional customer service and pressure to purchase unnecessary parts and services. These guys are great. Will definitely continue to do business with them. Also will tell my friends and family not the same rude intimidating people that used to be there.

Comment : I am not from the Harrisburg area I'm from pittsburgh. So when my brakes went out I was very panicky on where I was going to get them fixed. I called Meineke on a Saturday at 2:30 and they said bring my car in. They looked at it and said they couldn't fix it at the moment because I needed you master cylinder and it would take till Tuesday to get it in. I was surprised that they could even look at it on the same day and that was so helpful! So I did a change of plans and they fixed it on Tuesday as soon as they got the part in they were all very helpful and did a great job!
