Comment : RUN AWAY, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!

They are liars. Said I needed all new pads and rotors front and back. Bought a $25 micrometer and my pads were all over 6.8mm with a recommended replacement under 4mm. The rotors were fine and hardly had any wear. No ruts, warp or grooves. They lied and said my rear axle was “a 911 issue” and quoted me way over price for a 1 hour labor job anyone can do themselves, if they have time. They flat out lied, no way for PR to twist that. Dude at desk was also super rude on phone to tell me “my issues”. No one I know will ever take a vehicle to any of your stores. Squeezing folks for money they don't have because they are worried about their vehicles safety, shame on you and all your employees.

Comment : Don't waste your time coming to this location. I had an appointment scheduled last week for Saturday first thing. Intended to drop the vehicle off and hang out there for what would normally be a 45-minute to an hour process as it has been in the past. Was told it may be up to 5 hours because they don't generally keep oil and filters on-hand, which if it's due to not wanting to be a target of theft or being more frugal due to economic factors, I get it, but that's shitty to learn just by walking in, so I had to reschedule.

Came in on the next Saturday for the basic oil change, was told they were out of the basic, so have to upcharge to synthetic, even though they previously mentioned the week before they have to order their oil from different places around. Took it in stride, but at this point my patience was wearing thin, but I ultimately paid for it.

Third strike though - came back with coupons mailed to us once it was finished, only to be told "we're not a participating location".

Well, I'm no longer a participating customer and I recommend others move on to somewhere else, even just a better Meineke if you have to. My most recent experience was far more of a pain in the ass than it should've been for an oil change.

I do not care for their leadership's or owner's half-hearted response if they see this - I only hope other potential customers will. No grudges or ill will against the gentleman working the counter (unless he's an active participant in the decision-making) as he was cool in explaining as much as he could or I asked about, but when leadership decides to make the experience of something like an oil change as inconvenient as possible, it's time to beat feet to another option.

Comment : i've tried this location twice and I can say I will never go back to any of these locations. The customer service is horrible and the team does not know what to do. They try to overcharge you and do work on your car that is not necessary and even the workday complete is still questionable. $2200 and repairs and my car still messed up to the point I had to get a new one. This last visit was supposed to be just a simple oil change that turned into a complete headache. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here because you cannot trust the work they do.

Comment : horrible experience. I have a brand new car w 19,000 miles & I came in to get an oil change, I told them I'd be using a coupon and instantly they became aggressive asking “who's changed my brakes” when I've never had my brakes replaced I told him I bought the car brand new. He tried to convince me that I had brake fluid leaking … when I saw nothing leaking. I informed him that I wouldn't be getting that service today but thanks for informing me, he instantly denied doing my oil change and said he wasn't going to do it. I don't know if it's because I came alone as a female but I know well enough nothing is wrong wirh my brakes and I don't have any light in my dashboard to indicate any issues either. I'd like to also say, when I was leaving this one man working wanted to argue with me saying “tell your man to bring your car somewhere” as if he knew he was trying to get over on me because I was alone. Any females, avoid this place. I also recommend just going to your dealership to get any type of quality care. I won't return and either will my friends or family!

Comment : False advertisement, went on the site to see which location did coupons for oil changes. 940 site popped up on the ones that do it. Come to find out they don't. Take it down if yall don't do it or not.
