Comment : My vehicle got towed to Meineke late Sunday afternoon, and did not get a hard estimate until Thursday morning. Not acceptable. Also, once I started getting the estimate, I felt I was being hustled. Was told that work could be as low as $850.00, but might be as high as $2,100.00. Not acceptable. I had AAA tow my vehicle to another mechanic who gave me an up front estimate and fixed the problem in 24 hours.
