Comment : My wife and I have been coming to the same location for almost 10 years and they have always been great. Until we took her car in for new tires and oil change. They typically ask if this or that is okay to do, but this time did not ask and just put whatever tires they wanted on the car. Will not be going back to Meineke for any future repairs or oil changes. What if we could not afford the tires or if I wanted a different oil in the car? Manager seemed to be “on something”. He was slumped over the desk when I walked in and was not very customer friendly.
