Comment : Went to get my oil changed after moving back to town. A guy named Justin helped me very nice but lacked knowledge at the front counter. My oil got changed and I left just to go home and ALL the oil leaked out of my car in my brand new driveway and garage all under my hood. To the point two gentleman Justin and Austin had to come out and put oil in my car so I could take it back to the shop. AUSTIN SAID HE WOULD MAKE THIS RIGHT AS DID JUSTIN NEITHER OF THEM CONTACTED ME AGAIN. I ve called several times they say regional should be reaching out nobody did. Oil still there three weeks later and my car is running weird. Just Beware of Meineke car care.Went to get my oil changed after moving back to town. Comment : Awful, terrible customer service.Made an appointment online, took my car in, was told not to make an appt online because they didn t know I was coming in that day.Was told I would be contacted by the end of the day, never received a phone call.Tried for two hours to call the next morning, (but they also only want you to call for appts) when someone finally picked up they said my car was never touched because I made the appointment online and they didn t know it was there, said they may get to it that afternoon, ABSOLUTELY not, went and picked it up. Somehow took them about 10 minutes to find my car after I walked in.Awful, terrible customer service.Made an appointment online, took my car in, was told not to make an appt online because they didn t know I was coming in that day.
