Comment : Not the friendliest people working at the front desk.The last 2 times I had oil leaks. I took it to a dealership (as I thought there was something wrong with the vehicle and it's under warranty) and they said the drain plug was only hand tightened and not tightened by specs. They also didn't reset my maintenance reminder the last time. Hopefully on this last visit there will be no leaks (they did reset the maintenance reminder this time). I think the oil change prices (over $50 for standard oil change) is very expensive compared to competitors.Not the friendliest people working at the front desk.The last 2 times I had oil leaks.
