Comment : Gouged for a few hundred dollars... Was charged an hour of diagnostic labor at $150/hr for them to tell me it was the exact issue I had written down on the intake form and told them over the phone that I already had diagnostics run showing a throttle body issue. Was charged $180 for a part that retails for $120-140 and they probably got for $100, was told if I were to bring in the part myself they would tack on 0.5 hours of labor effectively ensuring I save no money and they get their mark up margin. 0.8 hours of labor for a throttle body replacement which is maybe 30 mins of work if you really take your time on a Lincoln MKS. It is easy access, top of the engine with next to no disassembly required. My fault for waiting to replace until the car was not drivable and they are closest to my house. But another shop quoted a flat $100 in labor and $140 for the part with fees and taxes totaling ~$280 which is fair, but at Medleys it was $520+

Comment : They fixed my pickup very quickly. I dropped it off Friday just before they closed for business, and they worked on it Monday, and it was ready for me to pick it up Tuesday morning. They were very friendly. I think I found my new go to mechanic shop.
