Comment : First few jobs were good
Electrical diagnostic was good. Needed ball joints. Also good. Seemed A little high, but people get paid for their work.
Coolant leak. Failed miserably. Changed radiator 1000. It had a cracked gooseneck another 300 Apparently no pressure test. Same on air-conditioning service. Apparently not their strong point. Stuff leaked out, they were told about a leak, said they didn’t find one and filled it back up. 350. Leaked out again. Said the compressor was leaking. 900. Another two week fix. Pressure testing on air conditioning? I thought so. Apparently not.

Comment : I took my car in to have the air fixed. I specifically told them I added freon twice and it only lasted a week each time. They charged me $350 and added freon again and told me it was fixed. It lasted for a week. I took the car back and they said my condenser had a leak. They charged me $980 to for a new part and more freon. Here we are again 2 weeks later and my air is out again. I will never do business here again. I just spent all this money for NOTHING.

Comment : My family was traveling on vacation on the highway when our battery light came on and our car started not being able to accelerate. We were luckily right next to an exit and pulled off and were lucky enough to find this auto shop three lights off the exit. We pulled in right before our car totally died. It was around 8:30 am and the shop looked already pretty busy. The man at the counter was super kind and said they'd take a look at it and let us know. We waited in the waiting room while they diagnosed it and said it was a dead alternator. The man told us they'd get right on getting the part and replacing it for us. The shop is near lots of shopping and eating places so we crossed the street and walked around a bit while we waited. Luckily they were able to replace it and get us back on the road. We were super grateful for this place making us a priority and helping us out last minute during our emergency. We were quite stressed about the whole thing, especially with our kids, but really appreciated the help this shop offered us and we were so grateful they fixed everything for us on such a short notice.

Comment : I’m giving one star only because Google doesn’t allow anything lower — they don’t even deserve one star. They replaced my front wheel and front suspension system and charged me $1,700, but installed a used wheel on my car. When I questioned them about it, they laughed and said the used wheel was “still good.”
The high price wasn’t even the worst part. After the repair, the car shook badly while driving, and there was obvious abnormal noise when braking. I brought the car back several times, but they could never fix the problem. They just kept telling me the car was “safe.” Eventually, I went to another repair shop, and they solved the issue easily.
If you’re still thinking about coming to this shop, leave now. They’ll empty your wallet and still fail to fix your car properly.

Comment : I was traveling with family from Ontario Canada and due to construction going on in the area had my tire burst. I immediately knew it would have to be replaced. AAA towed me to this amazing auto repair shop which was closed for the day but I left my keys with a request for priority service as I had to travel back to Canada early next morning. These guys not only prioritized me but went out of the way to get a new tire, install, balance but got me back on road all within 1.5 hours of opening up. These folks are superheroes and I recommend them 100%!! Thanks Medley’s Auto Care!!!

Comment : Went on a Monday it was pretty busy but everyone seems like regular loyal customers so I will try to use again. I requested to discover the noise my car was making however it wasn't some to be discovered. I was requested to get service outside of that which was complete to my knowledge.
