I called and Kevin had me bring it in. He did a cursory check right away to get an idea about the problem and said they’d get a diagnosis first thing in the morning. They drove me to where I needed to go to borrow a car from a friend. Next day, Kevin called and told me what was wrong and what it would cost, helped me finance it, and got my car back to me good as new!
