Comment : workers are always personable and considerate. i go there for all of my car issues! fair prices and convenient location. parking is a bit difficult, however. the lot is usually full.

Comment : Use this place for years then we move out of town. Found a new mechanic for about a year and that was all I could take and had to come back. Needless to say, I still live in a different town but drive the 40 minute round-trip to have my vehicle service at ProCare. If you live anywhere in St Francis County and need a mechanic it s worth the money to go to this place in Bonne Terre Mo and have it done right the first time. Few things that have done for me. Break repair New exhaust Installed 3 factory rebuilt motors from Jasper Safety inspections Oil change Radiator Install new transmissions

Comment : Horrible horrible , rude to me from the moment I walked in this morning and had no intentions of changing his attitude and wore this look on his face of pure disgust. All because they had to communicate with the girl who paid for my tow (the tow truck refused to take my number cause the girl was paying for it and they wanted to communicate with the one with money) they lied about what was wrong with my car, and had me pay for something that wasn t going to fix it. They told me the timing chain broke and it was going to be $1300 to fix. I paid every bit , and they informed me that since it took two weeks for them to talk to me it will take them two weeks to fix. I then got my money back and towed to a better automotive place that wasn t racist. They informed me it was my motor!!! Meaning they were going to let me pay knowing good and well my motor was blown. If I could give zero stars I would. If you re a person of color I would avoid this place entirely, the vibes strong. People struggle and sometimes it takes a min to come up with money. I paid my part and it would ve screwed me over bad. (Go to Priemer Tires take that extra couple miles and don t waste your time here!!!)
