Comment : My serpentine belt broke down and I walked in not knowing if they would fix it for me been a customer out of state. They made the space on their busy day and schedule and they fixed for me at a very reasonable price. The guys were super nice and an excellent customer service specially Greg. He was the one that received me and made it happen for me. I ll be forever grateful and if I m ever around in the same situation I ll definitely will come back to them. Comment : I drove quite a distance to test drive and inspect a vehicle here at Mease. The elderly, haggard salesperson Greg, must have been coming off of an alcoholic bender, as he was impatient, curt and at one point outwardly rude. Especially when presented with questions regarding the vehicles condition and history. I got back in my car and drove away. I have since watched the vehicle in question over the past 10 days and they dropped the price by $5,000! So you can see how out of range their pricing really is. I purchased a similar but totally reconditioned vehicle from a different dealer in Mechanicsburg for $4,000 less than what they were asking for their worn out piece of equipment.

Comment : Recent bad experience there with a family member trying to purchase a vehicle. I am from this area and recommended my family member to go there. I am highly disappointed with the sales team, especially Dan Snyder. The inappropriate verbage and treatment of my family member cannot be undone. I cannot recommend this place at all.

Comment : Dan Snyder is the rudest car sales person I have met. Immediately balked at us showing up at 1:30pm, with several snide comments about the time. Gave us a price and stated, if you don't like it, have a nice Christmas. All communication from him was rude and snide. Tone is everything. Couldn't handle when I called him out on his attitude and demanded we didn't like the vehicle. Vehicle was beautiful but why would we give our money to a jerk when vehicles are a dime a dozen. Steer clear of dealership.
