Comment : I couldn't be happier with my experience at Mears Automotive! Amy and the entire team are professional, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. They took the time to listen to my concerns and always put my best interests first.

My car had a hesitation and jerking sensation when accelerating during local driving. The team inspected my vehicle twice and checked it thoroughly, without charging me any diagnostic fees. Their patience, honesty, and willingness to help truly impressed me.

Even though they never pressured me into spending money, I ultimately decided to replace battery as a way of showing my appreciation for their time and effort.

It's rare to find an auto repair shop that combines such professionalism, integrity, and genuine customer care. A huge thank-you to Amy. Jeremy and the entire team of skilled technicians!

Comment : I went through a lot of trouble to get my 2001 4 Runner into Mears. After I dropped it off in the evening, they called me the next day to tell me they can't work on a car older than 20 years. What? Their website says nothing about this restriction and I even talked to somebody on the phone there and they never asked me for the age of my car.

The person I talked to on the phone who said they can't work on it was rude and condescending as well. I asked them to at least work on the tire that is leaking and he said they won't do it. He also said there is no way the person I initially talked to didn't ask me for the age of my car, basically implying that I am lying to him.

They didn't offer me anything for my troubles either, such as at least paying for my Uber ride out there to get my car. Just an awful experience.

Comment : I cannot say enough positive things about this place. We have been so happy with their services and refuse to take our cars anywhere else. Amy is so kind and pleasant anytime you speak with her and does a great job explaining everything. The mechanics do great work and have never tried to "sell" something we don't need. They do a wonderful job of explaining what might need done immediately and what can wait. To them, it's all about customer service and proper care, just like it should be!

Comment : My first experience with Mears Automotive has been excellent! They were able to get my vehicle in to diagnose by the next week. They fixed the issue within a day and gave my vehicle a once over to let me know what else needed to be repaired. I already knew what needed to be repaired and their analysis was spot on. Efficiently, they texted me when my vehicle was ready for pick up and my pick up was easy and pleasant. Price was fair and their customer service is very friendly. I will definitely be using them in the future!
