Comment : Best shop I have ever been to. Honest work, good work. I had more problems than I thought with my subaru and I didnt feel pressured or up-sold. Tom even looked for a good used part for me to save money and time. It ended up being a wash but I feel like I am driving a whole new car! Prices were incredibly fair and communication from the shop was great. No complaints and I would 100% recommend this shop. My car feels safer and sturdy. Thank you Tom and everyone at Mears!

I recently brought my 2011 Lexus CT200h to Mears Automotive for a preventative EGR system service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

From the beginning, Troy and his team were professional, communicative, and transparent. During the repair, they found the EGR cooler was heavily clogged with carbon. Rather than immediately recommending a replacement, they took the time to soak and clean it overnight in an effort to save the original part. Only after determining it couldn't be restored did they recommend replacing it. That approach gave me a lot of confidence that they were focused on doing what was best for the car, not simply selling parts.

The communication throughout the process was excellent, and when I picked the car up it was running noticeably smoother than when I dropped it off.

It's refreshing to find a shop that takes pride in its work and treats customers honestly. I won't hesitate to bring my vehicles back to Mears in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop.
