I come pick my truck up next day, its ready. Grab the keys from desk with nothing besides it went great no problems. Here I am months later with problems starting my truck and have a low battery and check battery terminals and its absolutely slacked up, someone over tighten the clamp and wore the bracket so it sits loose on the terminal been draining my brand new battery the whole time. So ive been jumping my truck for 2 weeks awaiting a part that I could've gotten done the day i changed my battery. SO TO CLARIFY I PAID MEEDS $75 TO CHANGE A BATTERY, THAT I BOUGHT AND THEN DONT EVEN TELL ME THE GROUND TERMINAL IS LOOSE. We made a quick call to Meads to see if they were available to take a look. They got us in as soon as their lunch break ended, and had us back on the road in 20 minutes. They were even kind enough to let me bring my dog in while they worked on the vehicle. Great customer service, very efficient, and overall a great experience. I was able to get to Meads where they quickly assessed the issue and helped me get my vehicle back in working condition to complete my trip. The entire thing took less than 20 mins. The workers were kind and helpful. They walked me through the damage on my vehicle and my options.
