Comment : I read the previous review where Meads responded with “if you know whats wrong with the car, you wont have to pay a diagnostic fee” before deciding to bring my car when i was deciding on a shop to bring it to and i liked that bc i knew what the problem was. I brought my car and brought my paper that listed what was wrong, and was told they still have to do their own diagnostic test, which cost me about $140 btw. They said it would be $1,100 for a battery change, diagnostic fee, oil change, and to change a part that costs $20. I said no, still had to pay the diagnostic fee though, and went straight to autozone (who told me they never recommend meads to anyone for repairs bc you will get taken advantage of price wise and they had 3 other people that week that were being charged crazy amount for cheap parts and not too labor intensive jobs). My battery was still under warranty from there so that was free (idk if meads is able to check for warranty’s on batteries, but if they are allowed to they didnt), got the $20 part, went to captains oil change right after that and $75 for an oil change (but there they also found glitter in my engine, fluid was leaking into my engine, i also had very low one of the fluids (i think it was of antifreeze/ coolant which is probably what was leaking) that Meads hadn't even found in their diagnosis. I had taken my car to these places directly after so i don't think it just happened in the 20 minutes of me driving it. But for the 3 things they wanted to charge $1100 for, i got done for about $100 and 30 minutes of labor so personally I won’t be going back, maybe my story is a fluke for them and they’re normally great, but i just didn’t have a good experience.

Comment : The absolute worst mechanic shop. I brought my car in becuse it was misfiring. I had already had a mechanic change ignition coils, spark plugs, and fuel injectors and was still having misfires so I brought it to meads for a diagnosis. I clearly stated when I made the appointment I wanted just a diagnosis and had already had these parts changed. I never got an updates not even a single call the whole 2 weeks it was there. the only call I got was when it was finished and was charged 1300 dollars. They did fix the issue, but they should have called and asked for permission to move forward. I have never gone to a shop where they don’t ask for permission from the customer before they move forward. So they changed all the ignition coils and spark plugs after I just changed all this.
one of the spark plugs was defective, but there is not way every brand new coil pack was defective. This is just another untrustworthy and sleazy mechanic shop. This place has terrible customer service, please take your business somewhere else.

Comment : I had such a great experience at Meads recently when I needed a new rotor, tires, and an alignment. Car issues can be stressful, but the team there made everything so smooth and stress-free. Chad went above and beyond.

What really stood out to me was how much they cared not just about my car, but about me as a customer. Can’t say enough good things about the team over there at Meads.

Comment : Brought my car in cause it was making a squealing noise. After paying over 2000 to fix several issues I pick up my car and I still hear it. Disappointed that I spent that much money and my initial issue was not even fixed.

Comment : I brought in my dodge Dakota for a diagnostic with motor trouble they ran test all they could tell me is they started my truck and drove it to move it wich id never run a truck with gas in the oil pan why i had it towed over there and in conclusion all they said is that they put computer on it and it has motor trouble i need a new motor 9,000$ .
