The outside of the building maintained with beautiful flowers, the inside immaculately clean, comfortable seating air conditioning that works coffee pods, snacks and a restroom.
They were even doing a school supply drive.
In and out fast, friendly staff.

Comment : I called and spoke with Mark at MD Auto Repair. He was very courteous and professional and got my vehicle in for repairs quickly. I was informed step-by-step whether it was diagnostics, pricing, or an expected completion date. I believe it was Jeremy who did the repairs on my vehicle and the job was well done! I was elated to get my car back in a timely manner, particularly given the holiday weekend.

I'd recommend these professionals if you're looking for courteous and efficient mechanics.

Comment : I would like to thank Jeremy and all of the mechanics at MD Auto for their help in the repair of my Kia. After receiving a 1st opinion of a cracked head gasket that I was uncomfortable with and unable to afford, I took my car to a mechanic shop very close to my home and who were able to get the car onto their schedule very quickly.
Jeremy took my call and listened patiently as I told him the entire nightmare of my car being stolen, recovered, and the subsequent repairs and diagnostics that had been done. He decided not to give the mechanic any information other than the symptoms that I saw after picking my car up from the body shop, therefore not allowing any preconceptions.
During the initial diagnostic stage, the mechanic asked if my car had sat long without running. The answer was yes, it had sat in the rain for several weeks while waiting for parts. At this point, it was suggested that we move on to a 2nd level of diagnostics and put the car under an extensive high-pressure engine test. After two days of testing, the mechanic could find only one thing wrong: The brakes had rusted unevenly.
By choosing MD Auto Repair for a 2nd opinion, I was provided the relief of knowing that the engine in my car is sound. In fact, the mechanic checked to make sure that the thermostat works correctly, that there were no leaks between the oil and the coolant, and that all gauges were working correctly.
I had already known that my brakes would need repaired in the near future, and now I had an explanation as to why my car was twitching while turning.
MD Auto Repair will now be the first place I go for an opinion and diagnostics on my vehicles.

Comment : Shop was highly recommended, so glad I took my sons 2013 Honda Civic there .
It’s hard to find a shop that you feel comfortable with , this is definitely the shop .
Mark went above and beyond, keep me informed , was very honest with me about everything, especially with it being a older car.
Advised me on what needed to been done first & then went over what I could do little by little.
I don’t know much about cars but I do know that when we picked up , it ran like GREAT , like a new car .

Comment : After my first experience I will be coming back. They explained every thing thoroughly and answered all of my questions. They never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of as a girl who pretty much knows nothing about cars. They worked with my budget and helped prioritize what needed to be done and others I could wait on. I will be suggesting MD to my friends who aren’t sure where to go because they don’t know who to trust.
