Comment : I have had 3+ attempts to fix my ac in my Kia. Every shop either made it worse or had no clue what to do. Jeremy, Mike and their team fixed it with no issue. They were quick, communicative and so professional. I think this just became my new place for car work. It’s rare that you find decent work by decent people these days. 10/10 completely.

Comment : My car had overheating issues. Not only did this company allow me to bring my car in early via tow, they called to confirm it was my vehicle! Even with my mistake of name jumbling on tow and appointment! They were all very polite and prompt with changes of estimate. Not to mention, the same things I had Big O look at and receipt me for, MD estimated me at HALF THE COST!

To add to my experience, the customer service here is incredibly human! They understand cost, they fought very hard for my wallet in getting an HONEST claim with the warranty company as well!!!

If you have ANY CAR ISSUES AT ALL, this is an HONEST company. They were able to get the warranty company to cover almost everything and except deductible! I am SO thankful for the speed, knowledge and efficiency this shop has!
COME HERE FOR YOUR CAR! These are real people!!!!!
